Sunset Beach Yoga
Come and flow to the sun setting over the ocean.
What:
1 Hour vinyasa flow - A flowy vinyasa that connects your body, mind and breath. This class is beginner friendly.

Meet at West Beach Surf Club from 6:15 pm
We are utilising a beautiful grass patch to the right of the surf club that overlooks the ocean.
Time:
6:15 pm arrival for a 6:30 pm start - 7:30pm (ish)

Sunrise Yoga
Every Saturday morning over the Summer ellement runs a beautiful Sunrise Yoga down at Henley Beach in Adelaide. The class is always beginner friendly and a wonderful opportunity for you to just slow down and enter into the weekend with intention & purpose. Next Class: Explore Here Where: Meet at Joes Henley Beach Time: 5:50 am Arrival (6:00 - 7:00 am Flow) Cost: $15 + bf Bring: Your own mat, bathers (if it's warm) and a drink bottle! We also donate $5 from every ticket to Catherine House which is an incredible foundation that supports women experiencing homelessness. We have so far raised $3,000 from this class which we are all incredibly proud of. We cannot wait to see you at the next sandy sunrise class.
